On Oct 2 2022 a mass drug awareness program named “Kootu” was organized at the Kattakada constituency under the initiative of MLA IB Sateesh. The event was held at Trinity College ground, Neruvamoodu. The event aims to mold students into ‘Drug warriors’ to put up a unified fight against the drug menace. As a part of this program, a mass drill was conducted under the leadership of Sri Mahesh Gurukal, Agastya Kalari group. 14 students from Saraswati College of Arts and Science, Vilappil participated in this event.
