Human Rights Cell, in collaboration with Literati-the Literary Club, conducted essay writing and poster-making contests to mark International Human Rights Day, which is globally observed on 10th December. 22 students, from across all departments, participated in the essay writing contest which was conducted in English as well as Malayalam. The theme was Child Marriage, a concern of prime importance when it comes to Children’s Rights. Six students participated in poster-making and sketched their thoughts on the violation of Human Rights.
