In collaboration with Alive Centre, The Department of Psychology, has become the part of their fest conducted by Rainbow by Alive on 22nd October, 2023. A total of 15 volunteers of 5th semester and 3rd semester psychology students volunteered the programme which was supervised by Dr. Jisha P R, Ms Gopika S S and Ms. Lekshmi Priya J R. Many stalls were installed within the 2 apartments provided, including the Exhibition centre, activity areas and game corners. It started at 9 am and many elder adults from various places including the ALIVE inmates visited the psychology stalls and participated in the games and activities organized.
A rewards point system was launched so that all the visitors were motivated to participate in every game and activity and collect maximum points from each stall. Various rewards and prizes were provided by the ALIVE team and they were distributed to the game winners and those who collected maximum game points accordingly. The Psychology Exhibition and games were wound up at about 4 Pm. In the official wind up conference, the volunteers and faculties were appreciated for the successful team work.
