The Department of Malayalam has been in existence since the inception of the college in 2017. The department offers one of the optional Second languages for the students of First- and Second-year BA/BSc/BCom. The department has been efficient in making the additional language teaching-learning experience more effective for the integrated programs. The department is privileged to be equipped with a highly knowledgeable faculty. All the members of the Department fulfill all requisite qualifications prescribed for higher education. The Faculty provides sufficient learning experience to create a vibrant environment for creative writings, translations, and critical approaches in Malayalam Language and Literature. Besides academics, the Department also strives in conducting competitions in Quiz, Debates, Poem Recitation by which subject confidence among students is promoted.
